Shidhi Humanity Foundation
Non-profit organization helping HIV/AIDS patients and underprivileged communities
Overview
A nonprofit website for people seeking HIV and community support, along with donors and volunteers. It helps the foundation explain services, update content, and guide visitors to the right action.
Challenge
For an organization serving HIV/AIDS patients, the website carries real emotional weight. Visitors might be patients looking for support, family members seeking information, or potential donors and volunteers. The site needed to feel genuinely compassionate — not clinical, not preachy — while also clearly communicating the organization's programs, reach, and ways to help. The headless CMS requirement came from the team's need to update patient resources and program information regularly without developer support.
Approach
I chose a headless WordPress + Next.js architecture that gives the organization full content control while delivering a fast, modern frontend experience. The design uses a calm, warm palette that feels welcoming and supportive. Content sections are organized around what different visitor types need — patients looking for help, community members learning about the cause, and donors or volunteers wanting to contribute.
Key Features
- HIV/AIDS patient support information and resources
- Community outreach and underprivileged support programs
- WordPress headless CMS — team updates content independently
- Donation and volunteer contribution pathways

- Fast Next.js frontend with static generation
Result
Shidhi Humanity Foundation now has a dignified, compassionate digital presence that serves its mission effectively. The headless CMS setup gives the organization complete content independence, and the warm, accessible design ensures that patients and community members feel welcomed and supported from their very first visit.
