4S Society
NGO transforming lives battling alcohol, drug & digital addiction
Overview
An NGO website for families, donors, and CSR teams looking at addiction recovery support. It explains services, credentials, and ways to reach the team in a calm and trustworthy way.
Challenge
People visiting the 4S Society website are often in vulnerable situations — a family member struggling with addiction, someone seeking help for themselves, or a corporate CSR manager evaluating NGOs for funding partnerships. Each of these visitors needs something different from the site. The design had to feel safe and compassionate for people in crisis, while simultaneously communicating the organization's credibility, certifications, and track record for institutional donors and CSR partners.
Approach
I built the site on WordPress so the 4S Society internal team could manage and update content without technical support — critical for an NGO that doesn't have a dedicated IT team. The design uses calm, trustworthy colors with clear section hierarchy. The content architecture separates the patient-facing sections (services, daily schedule, therapy programs) from the institutional sections (certifications, CSR approvals, 15+ years track record) so each visitor type finds what they need quickly.
